These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit Plotizo.com, contact us, request a demo, purchase a service, or use a Google Maps plotting layout or other digital material created by Plotizo.

By using this website or ordering a Plotizo service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them before placing an order.

1. About Plotizo

Plotizo provides digital visualization services for real estate plotting projects.

Our core service helps developers, realtors, landowners, brokers and real estate sales teams present plotting layouts in their real-world geographic location using platforms such as Google Maps and Google My Maps.

Depending on the project and agreed scope, a Plotizo map may include elements such as:

• project boundaries
• individual plot boundaries
• plot numbers
• internal roads
• entrances
• open spaces
• gardens or amenities
• important project locations or labels

The exact deliverables for each project depend on the information supplied by the client and the scope agreed before work begins.

2. Plotizo Is a Visualization Service

Plotizo is designed to make a real estate plotting project easier to understand geographically.

It is not a substitute for professional or official documents.

Plotizo does not replace:

• sanctioned plotting layouts
• government land records
• cadastral maps
• licensed land surveys
• title documents
• property registration records
• legal due diligence
• official boundary demarcation
• planning authority approvals

Buyers, developers and other users should verify important legal, dimensional, ownership and approval-related information through the appropriate official documents and qualified professionals before making a property decision.

A Plotizo map should be treated as a visual communication and marketing aid, not as legal proof of ownership, boundary or approval.

3. Information Provided by the Client

The quality and accuracy of a Plotizo project depend heavily on the information provided to us.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and current information, which may include:

• the correct project location
• plotting layout or sanctioned drawing
• project boundaries
• plot numbers
• road widths and positions
• entrances
• open spaces
• amenities
• revised layouts
• other information required for the project

Plotizo will prepare the project based on the documents and instructions provided by the client.

If information supplied to us is incorrect, incomplete, outdated or later changed, Plotizo will not be responsible for errors that result directly from that information.

Any substantial corrections or rebuilding required because of revised client information may be treated as additional work.

4. Project Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to prepare each Plotizo map carefully and accurately according to the information available to us.

However, digital maps, satellite imagery, source drawings and third-party mapping platforms may have limitations.

Minor differences may occur between:

• satellite imagery
• ground conditions
• survey measurements
• sanctioned drawings
• Google Maps imagery
• the visual representation prepared by Plotizo

For precise legal boundaries, dimensions or land measurements, clients should rely on an authorized surveyor and the applicable official records.

If Plotizo makes an error compared with the information originally supplied and agreed upon, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it.

5. Quotations and Pricing

Pricing may vary depending on factors such as:

• number of plots
• project size
• layout complexity
• number of phases
• quality of the source drawing
• amount of mapping work required
• requested revisions
• additional project requirements

A quotation may be provided through the website, WhatsApp, email or another agreed communication method.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, a quotation applies only to the scope described in that quotation.

Additional work requested later may require a separate quotation.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated before or during the project.

Depending on the project, Plotizo may require:

• an advance payment before work begins
• milestone payments
• the remaining balance before or upon final delivery

The client agrees to make payments according to the terms accepted for the project.

Plotizo may pause work or withhold final delivery if an agreed payment remains outstanding.

Any applicable taxes or transaction charges will be handled according to the quotation, invoice and applicable law.

7. Project Start and Delivery Time

Work normally begins after Plotizo receives the required project information and any agreed advance payment.

Delivery estimates may depend on:

• project size
• number of plots
• drawing quality
• layout complexity
• client response time
• corrections or revisions
• availability of required information

Any delivery time provided is an estimate unless we specifically agree to a fixed deadline in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the communicated timeframe, but delays caused by missing information, major revisions, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

8. Revisions and Corrections

We distinguish between a Plotizo correction and a client-requested change.

Plotizo correction

If we incorrectly reproduce information that was correctly supplied to us, we will normally correct the mistake without additional charges.

For example, this may include an incorrect plot number or a road accidentally omitted from the supplied layout.

Client-requested change

A change may be chargeable when the client:

• provides a revised layout
• changes plot sizes or numbering
• modifies roads
• adds or removes plots
• changes the project boundary
• adds new amenities
• provides previously missing information
• asks for substantial redesign after approval

The cost, if any, will depend on the amount of additional work required.

9. Approval by the Client

Clients should review drafts and project information carefully when requested.

Approval means that the client has checked the visible project information and is satisfied for us to proceed to the next stage or final delivery.

If a client approves information and later requests major changes that were not caused by a Plotizo error, additional charges may apply.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refund requests are handled according to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

In general, custom work that has already started may not be fully refundable because time and resources have already been invested specifically in that client’s project.

Clients should review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before placing an order.

11. Google Maps and Third-Party Platforms

Plotizo uses or works with third-party services such as Google Maps and Google My Maps.

These platforms are operated by Google and are outside Plotizo’s control.

Google may change its:

• features
• interface
• technical limits
• map imagery
• access rules
• sharing options
• functionality
• terms of service

Plotizo cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will continue to operate exactly as it does at the time your project is delivered.

Important

Plotizo is an independent service and is not Google, Google Maps or Google My Maps. Plotizo is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Google unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Google, Google Maps and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

This distinction is important both for your customers and for publisher transparency; Google Publisher Policies prohibit falsely implying an affiliation or endorsement.

12. Client’s Right to Supplied Materials

The client confirms that they have the necessary right, authority or permission to provide Plotizo with any:

• layout drawings
• project plans
• logos
• photographs
• documents
• branding
• property information
• other supplied materials

Plotizo is not responsible for disputes resulting from materials supplied without the necessary authorization.

The client retains their rights in the original materials they provide to Plotizo.

13. Use of the Final Plotizo Project

Unless otherwise agreed, clients may use the completed Plotizo project for legitimate marketing, sales and project communication purposes related to the project for which it was created.

For example, clients may share the project through:

• WhatsApp
• their website
• sales teams
• brokers or channel partners
• QR codes
• digital brochures
• social media
• buyer presentations

Use remains subject to the rules and terms of any third-party platform involved.

A Plotizo project must not be used to intentionally misrepresent property ownership, approvals, boundaries, availability or other material facts to buyers.

14. Portfolio and Project Examples

Plotizo may display selected completed or publicly marketed projects as examples of our work, including screenshots or project descriptions.

We will not intentionally publish private documents or confidential information that has been specifically identified as confidential.

If confidentiality is important for a particular project, the client should tell us before the project is published or used as a portfolio example.

Specific confidentiality arrangements may also be agreed separately in writing.

15. Acceptable Use

Users may not use Plotizo.com or a Plotizo service to:

• engage in unlawful activity
• knowingly provide false property information
• deceive prospective buyers
• impersonate another person or business
• infringe intellectual property rights
• distribute malware or harmful software
• interfere with the operation of our website
• attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• use our work to facilitate fraud or misrepresentation

Plotizo may refuse or discontinue a project where we reasonably believe the service is being used unlawfully or deceptively.

This is also consistent with Google’s publisher rules against deceptive practices and dishonest or misleading representations.

16. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep Plotizo.com accurate and useful.

However, general articles, calculators, guides, FAQs, examples and other educational information on this website are provided for informational purposes.

Land laws, development regulations, government procedures, rates, planning requirements and other property-related matters can change and may differ by location.

Users should verify important financial, legal, planning, surveying or government-related decisions with the relevant authority or qualified professional.

17. Tools and Calculators

Plotizo may provide free online tools such as land area converters or other real estate-related calculators.

Results produced by these tools are intended for general reference.

Rounding, local conventions and unit definitions may cause small differences.

Do not rely solely on a free online calculator for legal documents, land registration, surveying or other transactions where precise official measurements are required.

18. External Links

Plotizo.com may contain links to third-party websites, maps, government resources, social media platforms or other services.

These websites are controlled by their respective owners.

A link from Plotizo does not automatically mean that we own, control, endorse or guarantee the third-party website or its content.

Users should review the terms and privacy practices of third-party services separately.

19. Advertising

Plotizo.com may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google or other advertising partners.

The appearance of an advertisement on Plotizo does not mean that Plotizo personally recommends or guarantees the advertiser, product or service.

Advertising and related data practices are further explained in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our cookie or consent settings.

This wording will also make sense once you activate AdSense rather than having to rewrite the Terms later.

20. No Guarantee of Sales Results

Plotizo is designed to help make plotting projects easier to visualize and communicate.

However, we do not guarantee:

• a specific number of leads
• a specific number of site visits
• increased sales
• a particular conversion rate
• faster property sales
• a particular return on investment

Real estate results depend on many factors, including location, price, demand, approvals, marketing, development quality, sales execution and market conditions.

Plotizo provides the agreed visualization service; final sales outcomes remain dependent on the project and the client’s overall sales process.

I strongly recommend keeping this section. It prevents aggressive marketing claims elsewhere on the site from accidentally turning into contractual promises, and Google also requires publishers not to promote products or services using deceptive claims.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Plotizo will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:

• incorrect information supplied by a client
• reliance on Plotizo as a legal or survey document
• changes made by Google or another third-party platform
• temporary platform outages
• business or sales decisions made using the service
• unauthorized use of a delivered project

Where Plotizo is legally responsible for a claim relating directly to a paid service, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Suspension or Refusal of Service

Plotizo reserves the right to refuse, pause or terminate a project where:

• agreed payments are not made
• required information is repeatedly not provided
• the client requests unlawful or deceptive work
• abusive or threatening behaviour occurs
• continuing the project would violate applicable law or third-party platform rules

Where appropriate, payment and refund matters will be handled according to the work already completed and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

23. Privacy

Personal information submitted through Plotizo.com is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand what information may be collected, why it is collected and how it may be used.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, website, legal requirements or third-party platforms change.

The current version will be published on this page with the latest revision date.

Continued use of Plotizo.com after an update means that the updated terms will apply from their effective date, subject to applicable law.

25. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory laws, disputes relating to Plotizo or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to Latur, Maharashtra, India.
